Behandeling<\/span><\/h4>\n

Na ons intake gesprek wordt er op basis van deze informatie samen met de ingevulde vragenlijsten een behandelplan opgesteld. Hierin zullen we samen de behandeldoelen opnemen en beschrijven met welke therapie we aan deze doelen gaan werken. De behandeling kan, indien gewenst, ook (voor een deel) online plaatsvinden. Dit gebeurt via beveiligd beeldbellen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tussentijds en aan het einde van de behandeling vinden er evaluatiegesprekken plaats. Hierin wordt besproken wat er is bereikt, hoe verhoudt zich dit tot de verwachtingen en hoe verder. Bij het afsluiten van de behandeling wordt, met gerichte toestemming, de huisarts\/verwijzer schriftelijk over de afsluiting ge\u00efnformeerd.<\/p>\n

Binnen de praktijk worden de volgende behandelingen aangeboden:
